Design Consultation
Our complimentary design consultation is a valuable service extended to our customers. For your vinyl tile ceiling, it's crucial to plan the layout and design before making a purchase. That's why our skilled designers are at your service Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm EST. We highly recommend reaching out to our designers before placing an order to ensure the right materials are chosen.
This consultation is our way of assisting customers. While our design team is well-versed in vinyl tile ceiling design and layout, the final decisions regarding your project's requirements rest with you, the customer. Please note that Cast & Bevel cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies in project quantities provided via phone or email.
Payment
We offer various payment options including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, check, or money order (by mail). Payment must be made before an order begins production. Our Cast & Bevel products are made to order, and production will start once full payment has been received.
Project Quotes
Cast & Bevel cannot assume responsibility for project information contained in supplemental documentation, such as specs and project plans. Our project quotes are generated based on information provided directly to us in writing.
Samples
Orders over $500 can be credited for one (1) Sample Pack (up to 4 sample panels), otherwise Sample Packs are not returnable. We recommend either recycling them, they are curbside recyclable, or passing them on to another interested party.
Order Cancellation
All items are made to order. For orders under 2,000 tiles, Cast & Bevel allows cancellation up to the point of shipment. Orders over 2,000 tiles, cannot be canceled once the production process started.
Returns
All products are made to order and not stocked product. Therefore, orders are not returnable. Prior to ordering, we highly recommend placing a sample order which is a full sized (2'x2') panel. If you want a tile pattern that is not offered under the sample program, please call us to place the sample order.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the damage (we do not accept returns of the tiles as there is no way to verify damage during the initial shipment). Then, give us a call for instructions on how to proceed with exchanging your order. All damage claims must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Please note that we do not provide refunds for damaged orders; replacements are the only options available.
