Through our comprehensive recycling program aimed at reusing materials that would otherwise contribute to landfills, we merge post-manufacturing waste with newly recycled ceiling tiles. This transformation results in durable materials that are themselves recyclable into more Cast & Bevel ceiling tiles.

Recycled Vinyl Tiles

Cast & Bevel offers a selection of vinyl tiles that are made from 98% post-industrial recycled tile material that was leftover from the original manufacturing process of vinyl ceiling tiles. This selection of recycled vinyl tiles comes in finish colors Tin, Copper, Bronze, and Cherry Wood. The 98% post-industrial recycled tiles are made in the same U.S. facility, eliminating the need for additional freight shipments to recycling centers.

Raw Materials

Cast & Bevel vinyl ceiling tiles use 75% less raw material in our manufacturing process compared to mineral fiber ceiling tiles. In addition, our ceiling tiles weigh less and nest better, requiring roughly one quarter the cargo space for greater shipping efficiencies.

Factory Initiatives

The fluorescent lighting at the U.S. factory was converted to high-efficiency LED lighting. The forming heaters were upgraded to reduce energy consumption. The naturally cooled air from the sub-basement is recirculated to help temperature control the computer server room.
